You already know something is slipping in your Follow Up Boss. Pulse shows you what needs attention and the records behind it.
See which leads are going cold, where follow-up is breaking, which agents need support, and what deserves attention today.
No card required for the Pulse Check. You decide whether to continue after you see the first findings.
Pulse never contacts your leads. It nudges you and your agents.
Unbroken Pulse works only with Follow Up Boss. If your team is on another CRM, this is not for you yet.
Your Pulse, every morning
The whole account, read overnight.
One report, on your days, at your hour.

Alicia Reed. Replied Thursday, no follow up since. Assigned to Dana.

Reading your account…
Sample account. No real customer data.
It starts with an audit of your actual business
Nothing in your business breaks loudly, it goes quiet. A lead texts back on a Thursday, the agent means to call Friday, and by the next Thursday nobody remembers there was a text at all. Before Pulse watches anything, it tells you where that is already happening.

Walk the product before you pay for it
The demo is a fictional 17 agent team with 29,399 contacts and 55 lead sources. Five steps take you through what needs attention today, which leads are slipping, where the pipeline leaks, which agents need coaching, and what Pulse recommends changing.

What Pulse measures while you are deciding
Pulse takes a baseline during your audit and then measures against it. These are the numbers we track for your account, and every one of them drills down to the records behind it.
- Missed replies recovered
- Leads returned to active follow up
- First response time improvement
- Appointment outcomes completed
- Configuration problems corrected
- Agents meeting their follow up targets
- Approved CRM updates performed
- Lead sources getting follow up but failing to convert
- Problems found at baseline against problems remaining at trial end
Before your trial converts, you receive a trial impact report: what we found at baseline, what changed, and what is still open.
How Pulse works with Follow Up Boss
You connect Follow Up Boss once. Pulse keeps a working copy of your account, current every hour and within seconds when something changes, then reads that copy every night to work out what needs your attention. Your Follow Up Boss is never the thing being poked at. The copy is.
Your Follow Up Boss
Pulse
reads only, writes nothing back
One email to you
Diagram showing Unbroken Pulse reads Follow Up Boss every hour into its own copy, sends one email a day, and writes nothing back into Follow Up Boss.
The scheduled report
The simplest daily operating surface. What slipped, who needs a call, who is going cold. Nobody has to log in to use it.
The dashboard
Evidence, trends, definitions, configuration and drill downs, each with a link straight back into Follow Up Boss. Use it when you want to go deeper, not to run your day.
What Pulse is allowed to change
Pulse starts read only. CRM changes stay off unless you approve a specific rule during setup. Every permitted change is logged, and reversible actions include an undo path where Follow Up Boss supports it.
What Pulse reads
What Pulse writes only if you approve it
Every one of these is off when your account is created. Each stays off unless you approve a specific rule during setup, and every permitted change is logged.
- Pulse never contacts your leads or clients.
- Pulse nudges you and your agents, nobody else.
- No notes, tags, tasks or stage changes are enabled by default.
- You can review what Pulse changed and why, at any time.
From card to configured trial
You are not charged when you sign up, and your trial does not start while you are waiting on us. Here is the actual order of events.
Step 1
You pick your team size and billing schedule, create your account and enter a card. No subscription charge happens yet.
Step 2
You connect Follow Up Boss securely and Pulse starts its business audit.
Step 3
Your audit is ready within one business day, with the records behind every finding.
Step 4
Your required 30 minute audit and setup call. Thresholds, recipients, schedule, priorities and any permitted CRM actions.
Step 5
You approve the configuration and your 14 day trial begins. All 14 days on a configured account.
Step 6
Three days notice before the first charge, then billing starts only if you keep it.
Your trial never runs while you are waiting on your audit or your setup call. Selected beta customers are sometimes approved for a longer trial at our discretion.
You choose your reporting schedule
Report days, delivery time, timezone, recipients, and whether delivery is owner only or goes to individual agents where permitted. We recommend a schedule during setup and you can change it whenever you like.

What changes for you
- You find out a lead went quiet the morning after it happens, not when they close with someone else
- You stop wondering whether your agents are working their leads, because you can see it
- Your agents open one list and know who to call, instead of working whoever texted most recently
- You know which lead source is actually paying for itself and which one you have been funding out of habit
- You find out where your Follow Up Boss was set up wrong, with the records that prove it
- You can answer how the week is going without asking anyone
- Nothing sits there getting cold while you are out showing homes
- You stop carrying the whole business in your head
Every account gets the required 30 minute audit and setup call, where we tune Pulse to your business. What counts as too slow, what counts as cold, who gets the report and when.
Card required. Your trial begins after your business audit and setup call, so you receive all 14 days of a configured Pulse account. Cancel before the disclosed billing date and you will not be charged.
Security and trust

- Approved CRM changes are logged with the reason
- You can request an export or a deletion at any time
- Pulse never messages your leads
- Operational errors are monitored

Questions team leads ask
When does my 14 day trial actually start?
After your business audit and your 30 minute setup call, once you approve your configuration. That way all 14 days are spent on a Pulse account tuned to your business, not on a half configured one. You are not charged during the trial, and you get three days notice before the first charge.
Does Pulse change anything in my Follow Up Boss?
Pulse starts read only. CRM changes stay off unless you approve a specific rule during setup. No notes, tags, tasks or stage changes are enabled by default. Every permitted change is logged with the reason, and reversible actions include an undo path where Follow Up Boss supports it.
Will Pulse message my leads?
Never. Pulse has no path to your leads. The only people it ever talks to are you and your agents, and agent texts require the agent to opt in themselves.
Is my Follow Up Boss data safe?
Credentials are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored encrypted. Access inside Pulse is role based, your account is kept separate from every other customer, and you can request an export or a deletion at any time.
What if my Follow Up Boss is a mess?
That is the normal starting point, and it is why the first thing you get is a business audit. It tells you what is wrong with the setup itself, not just the follow up, and shows the records behind each finding.
Do I have to change how my team works?
No. Pulse reads what is already happening. It does not require new stages, new tags or new habits from your agents.
Can I choose when the report arrives?
Yes. You pick the days, the delivery time, the timezone and the recipients, including whether it is owner only or goes to individual agents. We recommend a schedule during setup and you can change it later.
What happens if we hire and go up a band?
We move you at your next renewal, not the day you hire. Nobody has ever been surprised by a bill here.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Pulse stops reading your account on the next cycle, and you can ask us to delete the copy it holds. Any CRM rules you had approved stop with it.
You do not need to work harder this quarter.
You need to be able to see what is happening.
An audit, a setup call, then 14 configured days. Then you decide.
Card required. Your trial begins after your business audit and setup call, so you receive all 14 days of a configured Pulse account. Cancel before the disclosed billing date and you will not be charged.
